NSG - Nuclear Supply Group 

India had been trying to become member in NSG since 2005 and before, it seems.

 But now after a lapse of 18 + years, it is affirmed by US President during the visit of current PM of India to US. 

The first country which, Hitherto been refusing our India becoming member of NSG was US... And now the same country volunteered it's support for our India becoming member of NSG. 

In between period what had been happening for both countries in the international politics, should be looked into, for us to better understand the political situations, whether it is SAFER for People* of both countries or any one country OR is it  SAFER / ADVANTAGEOUS for the policians of both countries or any one country. 

Here it is more Advantageous to US supporting volunteerly India in this issue, that it is vice to make Friend an Enemy's Enemy . To be more specific, China is seemingly a political Enemy of US ( but maintaining its Commercial Friendship) and China's making all the political moves against India, while Equally maintaining its Commercial Relationships with India. 

US's coming closure to India or making India coming closure to US, is a threat to China, as per their ( US's) considerations. 

To affirm this move, they have no other go, but to compromise in any long pending issues with India, and giving their support, even. NSG membership is the long pending issue for India, that US considered it could compromise and Extend it's support to India, showing it's Friendship with India, to the Rest of the world, including, and more specifically to CHINA.

பொருள்:-

குறிப்பின் குறிப்பு உணர்வாரை - தம் குறிப்பு நிகழுமாறு அறிந்து அதனால் பிறர் குறிப்பறியும் தன்மையாரை; உறுப்பினுள் யாது கொடுத்தும் கொளல் - அரசர் தம் உறுப்புக்களுள் அவர் வேண்டுவதொன்றனைக் கொடுத்தாயினும் தமக்குத் துணையாகக் கொள்க.

For US till a year before,  supporting india in becoming member of NSG, had been Felt by them as it was, as good as loosing their vital Limbs. But now their Situation is, even compromising any Vital Limbs ( supporting India becoming member of NSG), to make India their Good Friend. 

The real meaning of above stated Thirukural 794, is proved to be true and as a Standing Example of the US President's Act towards India in supporting, approving, India as MEMBER OF NSG. 

Time will make many Miracles in it's coarse.
